The Carlisle Corporation believes that One Beale will be an iconic addition for the City of Memphis, one that reflects where our city has been and where we are going.

In light of recent market conditions, we believe that it is prudent to implement One Beale in four distinct phases:

• Phase 1 - 150-200 room limited-service hotel on Beale Street between Wagner Place and Front Street
• Phase 2 - 240-275 room full-service hotel, overlooking the Mississippi River
• Phase 3 - 120,000-150,000 square feet of prime class-A office space
• Phase 4 - 175-200 luxury residential units
